What it is
Small bumps in the skin can have several causes. Milia are small white bumps of keratin under the skin, often around the eyes. Sebaceous hyperplasia causes yellow or skin-coloured bumps, often on the forehead and cheeks. Xanthelasma are yellow, flat fatty deposits on the eyelids. A doctor examines the bumps first and chooses the method, for example laser or a small opening in the skin.
